We always heard people say that everybody has their own talent and have their own potential. Everybody is so special. In this world, everybody is so unique. So, what is my potential? What is my talent? Can you figure out what is your potential and what is your talent? I am just a normal people. Nothing special! I do not sing better that other. I do not smarter than other also. Some people say that you need more time to recognize your potential. More time? What it means with more time? 10 years, 20 years or 50 years? At the time we recognize it, we had been old enough to utilize our potential.
Is our potential inherited when we are born? If no, then how our potential is build up? Some people inherited talent when they are born just like inherited wealth. We call them genius. For the rest of people who are not genius, they build up their potential and talent gradually. Do u believe that our potential is build up when somebody praise it? When somebody said that you are so cute, you may think that he or she is just kidding, licking your shoes, eat too much and have nothing to do or just a simple greeting. When that person tells you that you are so cute for second time, you may think that he or she may be crazy. I am not cute! Why he or she said that I am cute? For the third time that person tells you that you are so cute, you may wonder in your heart: am I cute? At the fourth time, you will start to believe it a little bit. If it continues repeatedly, you will build up your potential. Finally, your become a cute person.
Still remember the time when your children draw a house or draw a family picture? What do you say about it? Do you say that it is great? Do you say that it is so cute? Just a simple praise will build up the children potential a little bit. When your relatives look at the drawing and praise it, how do you reply to them? Maybe we had been taught to be humble, so we may reply to our relatives that this drawing is just some scratch, nothing special. Your children potential will disappear at the moment you finish your last word. This is how the potential is build up and destroy!
You build up your potential when you start to believe it. Do not stingy to give your children some praises when they have done a good try. Give your subordinate some praises when they had done a good job. This is why we say believed in ourself! Your potential build up when you believe it!
It takes a lot of praises to build a single believe. It takes strong believe to build up potential. Frequent practice of potential will build up a talent. At the same time, a single bad word can destroy the potential. So, give your enemy some bad and bullshit words!
