It is not easy to find a good job. It is much more difficult to find a job you like. Sometimes you like the job but you have to quit the job for certain reasons. Look at the several reasons to quit your job.

1st reason to quit your job, your relationship with your boss or manager is damaged beyond repair. When this situation happened, you do not need to quit you job if your boss or manager had planned to quit the job. If your boss or manager is the owner of the company, then it is you to quit the job. Why you should quit your job? This is because when relationship is damaged, it is not likely that you can be promoted or have a good increment in your salary. The worst thing is that your boss or manager may give you a lot of dirty works or pressure. It is time to quit your job.

2nd reason to quit your job, you got a better offer. Why you go to work? The main reason is because of money. Some people say that they do not work for money. Money is not important. Anyway, if you ask them whether they will still work with the company if company does not pay them, they will be unable to answer it. If another company offers you a job with better salary and better benefits, you may want to quit your job.

3rd reason to quit your job, your boss asks you why you go to toilet so long or why you go to toilet so frequent. When your boss ask you this question, it means that he or she dislike you personally. This is very bad. You better quit your job.

4th reason to quit your job, your boss asks you why you go back to home so early but in fact you go back after working hour. Your employment contract stated that the working hour is from 8am to 5pm but when you go back on 5pm, your boss is not happy. You may say you do not care what your boss feels as long as you done your work. Unfortunately, when your boss asks you why you go back early, his or her brain already starts to think to give you additional job. You boss may say that the additional job for you is the opportunity for you to learn but in fact he or she only have one objective, which is no people can go back on time. Why no people can go back on time? This is because your boss is workaholic or your boss also cannot go back on time. Bad thing must share together. Don’t believe? Check it out!

5th reason to quit your job, you do something which is improper and people cannot forget about it. It is normal if you have done some mistakes in your job. Anyway, there are some mistakes which are considered improper. For example, you patted the buttocks of your colleague. If your colleague do not complaint or feel excited, then you are safe. If your colleague complaint you for sexual harassment, then you will have big problem. It may not your intention to sexually harass your colleague. You may do it frequently at your home to your wife or husband and had become your habit. You forget that you are now in the office and you repeat your habit. You may get the punishment but people in your company unable to forget about it. Your future in the organization will be limited. Therefore, you may consider to quit your job.

6th reason to quit your job, your stress at work had affected your health. The purpose you go to work is not because you have a lot of free time. It is because you want to earn some money for living. Life is not for working. Life should be fun and happy. Old people like to say that if you have good health, then you can continue to earn money. If you have a lot of money but with bad health, then your doctor will enjoy the money. Health is more important than money. Therefore, quit your job if your job causes you bad health.

7th reason to quit your job, your values are different with company values or boss values. If your company or boss emphasizes on human asset with good working benefits, then you are lucky. If you believe that work and life should be balance and your boss is workaholic, then your luck is not good. You may want to do something you like during weekends but your boss feels that you can learn more by working on weekends. It is too bad. Your value and your boss value are different. You may believe that life is not for working only but your boss thinks differently. If you suffer due to difference of values, you may consider to quit your job.

8th reason to quit your job, you hit the jackpot. Anyway, there are people misunderstand that if they hit the jackpot, they can quit the job immediately. Before you quit the job, you need to evaluate whether the cash generate from the jackpot can support your expenses. If cannot, you better go back to work. Sometimes, a jackpot just has small amount of money. If you go to work not because of money, then do not quit the job. Continue to go to work.
