When this situation happened, you do not need to quit you job if your boss or manager had planned to quit the job. If your boss or manager is the owner of the company, then it is you to quit the job. Why you should quit your job? This is because when relationship is damaged, it is not likely that you can be promoted or have a good increment in your salary. The worst thing is that your boss or manager may give you a lot of dirty works or pressure. It is time to quit your job.
2nd reason to quit your job, you got a better offer. Why you go to work? The main reason is because of money. Some people say that they do not work for money. Money is not important. If you have a lot of money but with bad health, then your doctor will enjoy the money. Health is more important than money. Therefore, quit your job if your job causes you bad health.
7th reason to quit your job, your values are different with company values or boss values. If your company or boss emphasizes on human asset with good working benefits, then you are lucky.
