Smart people make the mistake and learn from the mistake. Smarter people learn from the experience of others. When people make some career mistakes, we should learn from them. Read the blogging tips of career mistakes and avoid them.

1st career mistake tips, resume is saved in the company server. This is a serious mistake. If you save your resume in the company server, then your boss, colleagues and subordinates can read your resume. You may want to back up your resume but save in the company server is not a wise way. If you save your resume in company server, everybody will have the chance to see how you exaggerate your talent in your resume. It is very embarrassing. Moreover, people can see your current salary and expected salary.

2nd career mistake tips, have extra-marital affairs with your colleagues or subordinates. If you are having affairs with your subordinate, then you are in disadvantageous position. This is because when the relationship turns bad, your subordinate may betrayed you. Since you are in higher position, your loss is higher than your subordinate. In psychology, you care more than your subordinate. You suffer more tension. Therefore, it is better to have affair with boss rather than with subordinate.

3rd career mistake tips, go working by wearing the uniform of previous company. Some bosses are very particular about this. Some people want to show off that they have been working in bigger company and they have better experience by wearing the uniform of previous company. Some bosses think that since you are working for me, why still promoting other company? So, wear your ex-company uniform at home.

4th career mistake tips, other people found out you watch pornography in the company. If you are working in porn producing company, then congratulation! You can watch it. If not, better keep your porn at home. Do not surf the porn website using the company internet connection. IT personnel may hunt you down. Forget about the advice if you are IT personnel.

5th career mistake tips, let your colleagues know you are doing illegal business. If you let your colleagues know you are doing illegal business, they may tell your boss. As you know, there is no secret in the company. For example, you earn commission by collecting money for football betting. To earn more money, you turn your colleagues into customers and request them to bet. This is a mistake. You boss will not like it. This is because you may use the company asset to operate the illegal business such as telephone, computer, calculator and so on. If police catch you, they may confiscate the company asset for evidence. This is a loss for company. The police may also suspect that your boss is bookie.

6th career mistake tips, you tell your colleagues you are going to quit the job but in actual you are not sure about it. You may attend several interviews but this does not mean that you will get the new jobs. So, just keep quiet. Before you sign the contract of employment for a new job, do not tell your colleagues you are going to quit current job. If you hit the jackpot, make sure you already claim the money before telling your colleagues you are going to quit the job. If not, before you quit the current job, your boss already kick you out.

Is it easy to take a leave from your boss? Why we need to get approval to take a leave? What would you do if your boss does not allow you to take a leave? Below is the example.

When I want to take leave from my boss, my boss replied me by writing below to me.

You want to take 1 day leave? See what you are requesting from company:

In 1 year, there are 365 days that you can work.

1 year has 52 weeks. You already rest for 2 days every week. Remain 261 working days. [365 – 52 x 2]

Everyday, you work 8 hours and there are 16 hours at which you are not in work. Minus 174 days and there will be remain 87 working days. [261 – 16 x 261 / 24]

Everyday, you use 30 minutes to drink coffee and 30 minutes to go to washroom. When it is add up, it will become 33 days per year. Remain 54 working days. [87 – 1 x 261 / 8]

Everyday, you use 1 hour for lunch. Total 33 days per year. Remain 21 working days. [54 – 1 x 261 / 8]

Normally, you take 2 days of medical leave every year. Therefore, your working days become 19.

Every year there are 10 public holidays. Company does not operate. Now, you only work for 9 days.

Everyday, you use at least 15 minutes to update Facebook, check personal email and

surfing internet. Total 8 days per year. Remain 1 working day. [9 – 0.25 x 261 / 8]

You just working for 1 day and now you want to take leave for this 1 day?

You fucker still want to take the leave?

From Your Nice Boss

I reply with below content:

Office hour starts at 9.00am but I go out from home at 8.30pm.</ br>
(I work for company related matter for this period but company never pay money to me)

Office hour ends at 5.00pm but I go back at 5.30pm and reached home at 6.00pm.</ br>
(I work for company related matter for this period but company never pay money to me)

Company does not allow casual wear. All staff must wear coat and leather shoe. I have to buy a few sets to work and company never pay for me.

Everyday I need to look at the computer and my eyesight becomes poorer everyday. Anyway, company never pay for me to see doctor.

Everyday, I use mouse and keyboard until my shoulder pain. I have to use pain killer. Anyway, company never buy for me.

Every time when there is a problem, you just throw it to me. I have to think about it every second wherever I walk to. I have to think about it even in the dream. Anyway, company never pay me for overtime.

When customers are not happy, they will phone to me and shout at me. This can make my nerve becomes weak and no mood to eat. Furthermore, I need to stay over the night to settle the case. Anyway, company never pay money to me.

To maintain good relationship with company colleagues and customers, I have to buy some souvenirs for them when I go for travel. The souvenirs are bought with my own money. Company never pay money to me.

What a fucker do not allow me to take 1 day leave!

There are some actions that smart people will not do in their career. Unfortunately, you may feel it is fine to perform those actions. Look at the career myths below.

1st career myth, perform extremely well in the job and you will be promoted very fast. This is not true. If you perform extremely well in your job, you will become the expert in that area. When your boss wants to promote you, he / she will think twice. This is because there will be no other people able to perform the job as excellent as you. Therefore, it is better to let you stay at what you are doing now. This is especially true if what you are doing is important. Another reason is that your boss may jealous you if you perform extremely well. Your boss may afraid you will replace him / her. Of course, your boss does not want you to become his / her boss. Boss reporting to previous subordinate is very embarrassing. So, perform well in your job but not extremely well.

2nd career myth, the more you do, the more capable you are. This is absolutely wrong. The more you do, the more mistakes you will make. When you do more, no body will appreciate you. When you make a mistake, everybody will remember it. The more you do, the less capable you are because you make more mistakes. Everybody will label you as mistake maker.

3rd career myth, the last person leaving the office is the busiest person. This is completely incorrect. In some companies, there is a culture where no body wants to become first person to go back after work. This is because the staff afraid that the boss will give additional tasks. So, everybody is waiting for each other to go back first. Some people will do they personal thing and pretend busy. Sometimes, boss will wait for subordinates to go back first. On the other hand, subordinates will wait for boss to go back.

4th career myth, pursue for long term big profit. This is not a good direction. Your performance is evaluated yearly. Therefore, you must have some good results within a year. Boss always want good results in short period. To make it happened, you have to focus on short term small profit.

5th career myth, the more money / wage you get, the more work you need to do. This is extremely wrong. People who get the high pay may have little work to do. As you can see in the organization, senior managers are the people who do the talking. The implementation of what their talk will be done by their subordinates. Anyway, senior managers make more money. It is possible to make more money without dirty the hands.

6th career myth, it is fine to temporary take up the task done by other people. This is not fine. If you take up the task, then it is very difficult to hand it to other people. When the time passed, no body will remember the task was originally done by whom. Therefore, you have to perform the task until you leave the organization.

It is not easy to find a good job. It is much more difficult to find a job you like. Sometimes you like the job but you have to quit the job for certain reasons. Look at the several reasons to quit your job.

1st reason to quit your job, your relationship with your boss or manager is damaged beyond repair. When this situation happened, you do not need to quit you job if your boss or manager had planned to quit the job. If your boss or manager is the owner of the company, then it is you to quit the job. Why you should quit your job? This is because when relationship is damaged, it is not likely that you can be promoted or have a good increment in your salary. The worst thing is that your boss or manager may give you a lot of dirty works or pressure. It is time to quit your job.

2nd reason to quit your job, you got a better offer. Why you go to work? The main reason is because of money. Some people say that they do not work for money. Money is not important. Anyway, if you ask them whether they will still work with the company if company does not pay them, they will be unable to answer it. If another company offers you a job with better salary and better benefits, you may want to quit your job.

3rd reason to quit your job, your boss asks you why you go to toilet so long or why you go to toilet so frequent. When your boss ask you this question, it means that he or she dislike you personally. This is very bad. You better quit your job.

4th reason to quit your job, your boss asks you why you go back to home so early but in fact you go back after working hour. Your employment contract stated that the working hour is from 8am to 5pm but when you go back on 5pm, your boss is not happy. You may say you do not care what your boss feels as long as you done your work. Unfortunately, when your boss asks you why you go back early, his or her brain already starts to think to give you additional job. You boss may say that the additional job for you is the opportunity for you to learn but in fact he or she only have one objective, which is no people can go back on time. Why no people can go back on time? This is because your boss is workaholic or your boss also cannot go back on time. Bad thing must share together. Don’t believe? Check it out!

5th reason to quit your job, you do something which is improper and people cannot forget about it. It is normal if you have done some mistakes in your job. Anyway, there are some mistakes which are considered improper. For example, you patted the buttocks of your colleague. If your colleague do not complaint or feel excited, then you are safe. If your colleague complaint you for sexual harassment, then you will have big problem. It may not your intention to sexually harass your colleague. You may do it frequently at your home to your wife or husband and had become your habit. You forget that you are now in the office and you repeat your habit. You may get the punishment but people in your company unable to forget about it. Your future in the organization will be limited. Therefore, you may consider to quit your job.

6th reason to quit your job, your stress at work had affected your health. The purpose you go to work is not because you have a lot of free time. It is because you want to earn some money for living. Life is not for working. Life should be fun and happy. Old people like to say that if you have good health, then you can continue to earn money. If you have a lot of money but with bad health, then your doctor will enjoy the money. Health is more important than money. Therefore, quit your job if your job causes you bad health.

7th reason to quit your job, your values are different with company values or boss values. If your company or boss emphasizes on human asset with good working benefits, then you are lucky. If you believe that work and life should be balance and your boss is workaholic, then your luck is not good. You may want to do something you like during weekends but your boss feels that you can learn more by working on weekends. It is too bad. Your value and your boss value are different. You may believe that life is not for working only but your boss thinks differently. If you suffer due to difference of values, you may consider to quit your job.

8th reason to quit your job, you hit the jackpot. Anyway, there are people misunderstand that if they hit the jackpot, they can quit the job immediately. Before you quit the job, you need to evaluate whether the cash generate from the jackpot can support your expenses. If cannot, you better go back to work. Sometimes, a jackpot just has small amount of money. If you go to work not because of money, then do not quit the job. Continue to go to work.

Azim Premji is the Chairman of Wipro, one of the largest software companies in India. He is one of the richest people in the world. Wipro is also one of the global top 100 technologies company. Below is the article from Azim Premji explaining why employees leave the organizations.

Every company faces the problem of people leaving the company for better pay or profile.

Early this year, Arun, a senior software designer, got an offer from a prestigious international firm to work in its India operations developing specialized software. He was thrilled by the offer.

He had heard a lot about the CEO. The salary was great. The company had all the right systems in place, employee-friendly human resources (HR) policies, a spanking new office and the very best technology, even a canteen that served superb food.

Twice Arun was sent abroad for training. "My learning curve is the sharpest it’s ever been," he said soon after he joined.

Last week, less than eight months after he joined, Arun walked out of the job.

Why did this talented employee leave?

Arun quit for the same reason that drives many good people away.

The answer lies in one of the largest studies undertaken by the Gallup Organization. The study surveyed over a million employees and 80,000 managers and was published in a book called "First Break All The Rules". It came up with this surprising finding:

If you are losing good people, look to their immediate boss. Immediate boss is the reason people stay and thrive in an organization and he is the reason why people leave. When people leave they take knowledge, experience and contacts with them, straight to the competition.

"People leave managers not companies," write the authors Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman.

Mostly manager drives people away?

HR experts say that of all the abuses, employees find humiliation the most intolerable. The first time, an employee may not leave but a thought has been planted. The second time, that thought gets strengthened. The third time, he looks for another job.

When people cannot retort openly in anger, they do so by passive aggression. By digging their heels in and slowing down. By doing only what they are told to do and no more. By omitting to give the boss crucial information. Dev says: "If you work for a jerk, you basically want to get him into trouble. You do not have your heart and soul in the job."

Different managers can stress out employees in different ways – by being too controlling, too suspicious, too pushy, too critical, but they forget that workers are not fixed assets, they are free agents. When this goes on too long, an employee will quit – often over a trivial issue.

As you can read from the above article by Azim Premji, employees do not leave their jobs, their leave managers. Employees are still performing their jobs but at different organizations. If your manager is a jerk, will you still do the best of your job? Of course, no! Why you want to work so hard just to keep the jerk sitting on the top? If you done a good job, who will take the credit? Of course, your boss! Therefore, if the boss is a jerk, the employees will create problem for him or her.

Anyway, it is not so easy to earn other people money. There is something that you should not do in the working place. Let’s look at the below what not to do in the working place tips.

1st what not to do tip, do not become busy body. Sometimes, when a big problem happened in the working place, you may want to help. Unfortunately, when you get involved, that problem will become your problem. Why? This is because there are some smart people push the problem to you. Suddenly, you become the owner of the problem. Therefore, mind your own business only.

2nd what not to do tip, do no touch the task which have no clear owner. In working place, normally task will be divided as clear as possible whether it is black or white. Anyway, sometimes there are tasks that fall in between black and white, which is gray area. The task in gray area will have no clear owner. If you touch the task in gray area, then the task will become yours forever. Next time, when there is a similar task, your boss will expect you to settle the task also.

3rd what not to do tip, do not give an unpleasant nickname to your boss. Examples of unpleasant nickname are dwarf, cold blood animal, potato, stupid and so on. When you used to call the nickname, one day you may forget that you are talking with your boss and you call the nickname in front of your boss. This is very bad and embarrassing.

4th what not to do tip, do not borrow or lend money in the working place. When you borrow money to your colleagues and your colleagues do not pay back, what can you do? You want the money back but you cannot do anything. It is very tired. If you lend the money from your colleague and your colleague spread the news, where can you put your face?

5th what not to do tip, do not use company email to send resume or porn message. You may forward funny message to your friends at working place. Anyway, for resume and porn message, please use your personal email to send out. It will be very embarrassing if you accidentally send your resume or pornography to your boss.

6th what not to do tip, do not buy sex-linked gift to your colleague or boss. During the birthday of your colleague or boss, you may want to buy a gift to him or her. If you buy sexy underwear as a gift, he or she may feel embarrassing. Your colleague may feel that you want something from him or her. You may scare him or her.

7th what not to do tip, do not work more than required. If you work more than required, you have raised the expectation of your boss. Your boss will definitely expect you and your colleagues to work more next time. Your colleagues may hate you.

8th what not to do tip, do not reply email too fast. Reply 1 or 2 times per day for same email is enough. If you reply email too fast, you may get another new question or new request for the other party. At the end of the day, you have a lot of questions to answer and a lot of request to be done. Furthermore, if you reply email too fast, your boss may think that you are very free.

9th what not to do tip, do not work more to fix all problems. Of course, there are some problems in working place. Anyway, resources are always limited. Therefore, you need to prioritize. Settle some important things first. For small problem, leave it there. It is almost impossible to have zero problem in the working place. Of course, you should pray that your boss understand this.

10th what not to do tip, do not bring your own gadgets to work. Sometimes, your boss will require you to perform certain work without giving you proper tool. So, you may bring your own tool to work. At the end of the day, you have to bring your own tools to work forever until you resign. It will reduce the life span of your tools. The new recruit who replaces your position may hate you.

11th what not to do tip, do not tell secret in the washroom. A lot of people like to share secret in the washroom. For the first few times, they may check whether there is people in the closet. When they used to it, they will forget to check whether there is people in every closet. Since it is secret, of course you do not want the secret spread in the working place.

An interesting speech delivered by a CEO of a premier IT company of India. Narayana Murthy served as the founder CEO of Infosys for 21 years. Below is the extract of Narayana Murthy’s speech during mentor session.

I know people who work 12 hours a day, six days a week or more. Some people do so because of a work emergency where the long hours are only temporary. Other people I know have put in these hours for years. I don’t know if they are working all these hours, but I do know they are in the office this long. Others put in long office hours because they are addicted to the workplace. Whatever the reason for putting in overtime, working long hours over the long term is harmful to the person and to the organization.

There are things managers can do to change this for everyone’s benefit. Being in the office long hours, over long periods of time, makes way for potential errors. My colleagues who are in the office long hours frequently make mistakes caused by fatigue. Correcting these mistakes requires their time as well as the time and energy of others. I have seen people work Tuesday through Friday to correct mistakes made after 5 PM on Monday.

Another problem is that people who are in the office for long hours are not pleasant company. They often complain about other people who aren’t working as hard. They are irritable, cranky or even angry. Other people avoid them. Such behavior poses problems, where work goes much better when people work together instead of avoiding one another. As managers, there are things we can do to help people leave the office.

First and foremost is to set the example and go home ourselves. I work with a manager who chides people for working long hours. His words quickly lose their meaning when he sends these chiding group e-mails with a time stamp of 2 AM, Sunday. Second is to encourage people to put some balance in their lives. For instance, here is a guideline I find helpful:

1. Wake up, eat a good breakfast and go to work.

2. Work hard and smart for eight or nine hours.

3. Go home.

4. Read the comics, watch a funny movie, dig in the dirt, play with your kids, etc.

5. Eat well and sleep well.

This is called recreating. Doing steps 1, 3, 4 and 5 enable step 2.

Working regular hours and recreating daily are simple concepts. They are hard for some of us because that requires personal change. They are possible since we all have the power to choose to do them. In considering the issue of overtime, I am reminded of my eldest son. When he was a toddler, if people were visiting the apartment, he would not fall asleep no matter how long the visit and no matter what time of day it was! He would fight off sleep until the visitors left. It was as if he was afraid that he would miss something. Once our visitors left, he would go to sleep. By this time, however, he was over tired and would scream through half the night with nightmares. He, my wife and I, all paid the price for his fear of missing out. Perhaps some people put in such long hours because they don’t want to miss anything when they leave the office. The trouble with this is that events will never stop happening. That is life!

Things happen 24 hours a day. Allowing for little rest is not ultimately practical. So, take a nap. Things will happen while you’re asleep, but you will have the energy to catch up when you wake. Hence, love your job but never fall in love with your company.

In corporate world today, your career advancement is not solely based on your ability to complete your job. A lousy person may get more salary and higher position than you. To survive in the working place and succeed in your career, you need to know some career tips. Look at the career story and the career tips.

1st career story, a bird was sitting on the top of a tree and doing nothing all day long. A small rabbit saw the bird and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?" The bird answered: "Sure, why not." Therefore, the rabbit sat under the tree below the bird and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared. The fox jumped on the rabbit and ate it. Finally, the rabbit died.

Career tips of the story, to be sitting and doing nothing you must be sitting very high. If you are a CEO, then you may sit in the office and doing nothing all day long. If you are just a junior executive or engineer, then you better don’t do that except your father, mother, husband or wife is the CEO.

2nd career story, a turkey was chatting with a bull. "I would love to be able to get to the top of the tree, but I haven’t got the energy." The turkey sighed. The bull replied "Well, why don’t you eat on some of my droppings? They are packed with nutrients." The turkey gave a try and ate at a lump of dung. The turkey found that it actually gave him enough strength to reach the first branch of the tree. The next day, after eating more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fortnight, he was proudly reached at the top of the tree. Unfortunately, he was spotted by a farmer soon. The farmer shot the turkey out of the tree. The turkey became the delicious meal.

Career tips of the story, bullshit might get you to the top but it would not keep you there for long. If you are doing a lot of bullshit things just to get to the top, then be careful.

3rd career story, a little bird was flying south away from the winter. It was so cold. The bird froze and fell to the ground in a large field. While it was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on it. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, it began to realize how warm it was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there in warm and happy. Soon, he began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung. The cat promptly dug him out and ate him!

Career tips of the story, not everyone who drops shit on you is your enemy. At the same time, not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend. Finally and most important, when you are in deep shit, keep your mouth shut and maintain low profile.

To survive and succeed in working place, you need some office skills. Unfortunately, these office skills are not taught in the schools. You have to learn it through hardship in working place. Look at the below office skills to survive in the working place.

1st office skill tip, have a messy desk. Put a lot of documents on your office table. Your boss will think that you have a lot of work to do. If your colleagues have tidy and clean desk, what can you think of? He or she must be very free! That’s why he or she has time to tidy up the desk. Your boss will think like that also.

2nd office skill tip, always walk with documents at working place. What your boss will think if you walk without documents? Your boss may think that you are heading to cafeteria or going for smoking. Therefore, always walk with documents even though the documents are just some recycled paper. Walking with documents will create an impression to your boss that you are heading for meeting or settle some work related matters.

3rd office skill tip, you should never walk with magazine or newspaper at working place. If you are walking with magazine or newspaper, you are sending a message to your boss that you are heading to toilet to do a big business. Therefore, walk with documents, not magazine or newspaper.

4th office skill tip, if you work out of office hour, you should let your boss know about it. It will show that you are a hardworking and dedicated workers. The best way is sent an email and keeps your boss in the email when you work out of office hour.

5th office skill tip, always include jargon or industry related words when you talk with your boss. It will show that you are professional. For example, if you are an Engineer in a manufacturing plant, in your conversation, you can use some jargons such as FMEA, limit sample, one point lesson, poka yoke, SPC and so on.

6th office skill tip, pretend busy by walking fast. Sometimes, we need to pretend busy to avoid our boss from assigning more task to us. Walk fast in front of the boss to show that you are busy.

7th office skill tip, sighing when your boss is around to give an impression that you have a lot of work to do. As you can observe in the working place, some colleagues always complaint that they have a lot of work to do. In actual, do they really have so much work to do?

8th office skill tip, talk less in the working place. If you talk a lot, your boss will assume that you are free. Therefore, do not talk too much when your boss is around. This rule does not apply for those in managerial level. This is because manager in the organization usually talk more than do.

9th office skill tip, use computer to look busy. If you are free during office hour, what should you do? You do not have many choices to spend your free time in office. You cannot read your favorite book or sleep in the office. The most efficient way is use computer to look busy. Some people using computer to read ebook. Some people read and send personal email during free time. The most interesting point is that you are looking busy to perform your work but in actual you are doing your personal thing.

10th office skill tip, keep 2 jackets in the office. The purpose of jacket is to keep body warm when office environment is cold. For first jacket, you wear it. For second jacket, you should put it on your chair when you are not at your working desk. Why? This is because the jacket at your chair will make a false impression that you are still at your working desk.

Nowadays, finding a right people for the job becomes a very popular topic. A same company managed by different people will produce different results. As you can see in real world, a money losing company can also make a lot of profit after the CEO had been changed. So, it’s all about people. It is people make the success. It is also people make the failure. Of course, the corporate owners do not want to recruit another stupid into their company as they already have a lot of stupid in their company. Had you ever heard about this proverb? The next stupid will go inside the company at next recruitment.

Since a lot of management gurus say that people is the company most valuable asset, then finding a right people for the job becomes very important. That’s why a lot of interview methods had been created such as individual profiling questionnaires, personality test, situational handling and so on.

For example, a company wants to recruit a right people for the job of administration. The company activates the CCTV at the meeting room and asks all the candidates to wait in the room. Then, bosses will observe what they are doing. Some candidates will start to talk to each other. Some will just read the magazines inside the room. Some will start to play with their latest mobile phone. So, guess who will eliminate first. Since the company wants someone who can sit down and do the work quietly, then the one who talk a lot will be eliminated first.

Below is another good example on how to recruit the right people for the job:

Put about 100 bricks in no particular order in a closed room with an open window.
Each time, send 2 or 3 candidates in the room and close the door.
Leave them alone and come back after 6 hours to analyze the situation.
If they are counting the bricks, put them in the Accounts Department.
If they are recounting them, put them in Auditing.
If they have messed up the whole place with the bricks, put them in Engineering.
If they are arranging the bricks in some strange order, put them in Planning.
If they are throwing the bricks at each other, put them in Operations.
If they are sleeping, put them in Security.
If they have broken the bricks into pieces, put them in Information Technology.
If they are sitting idle, put them in Human Resources.
If they say they have tried different combinations, yet not a brick has been moved, put them in Sales.
If they have already left for the day, put them in Marketing.
If they are staring out of the window, put them in Strategic Planning.
If they are going out for coffee with bricks manufacturer, put them in Purchasing.
If they stack the bricks, put them in Warehouse.
If they are writing work instruction on how to arrange the bricks, put them in Process.
If they are comparing one brick with another brick, put them in Quality Assurance.
If they throw all the bricks out from the window, put them in Management.
If they are standing around talking to each other and not a single brick has been moved, congratulate them and put them in Top Management.

In summary, be careful when you are going out for your next interview. Take note on your behavior once you enter the company. The bosses are studying your behavior. You may act a little bit but do not do it overly. For bread and butter, then no choice, we have to act a little bit. It is not good to act? We should be who we are? Want the job or not? Want! Then, just act!

There are a lot of courses out there to teach us how to write an attractive resume. Anyway, none of the courses will teach us how to write a resign letter. Had you wonder why? The reasons are very simple. Look at below:

1. The company would not send you for the courses to write a resign letter.

2. You would not spend your own money to learn how to write a resign letter.

3. When you want the job, you must give the boss good impression. When you do not want the job anymore, then who care? Just give some lousy resign letter.

In general, there are some basic elements in writing a resign letter:

1. Always start with salutation such as dear sir or madam.

2. Period of resign notice given to your boss. Look at your contract for resign notice required.

3. Thanks for the act your boss had been done to you or not done to you.

4. Simply write why you want to resign. Put whatever reason you want whether it is true reason or not. The most common and best excuse is go for further study. This will give the impression that you are hardworking and passion for knowledge.

5. A wish to your boss before you resign. Just put one whether it is sincerely from your heart or not.

6. Write your name. Do not simply put your big signature only. Your boss may not know your signature. Write your name below the signature.

7. Put the date on your resign letter. Most of the people forget to put on the date. There are people who print out their resign letter before they need it and keep into their working bag without writing the date. They will use it only when necessary. They may not want to resign yet. They will submit it only when the special day comes such as the day they hit million dollars jackpot.

8. You may choose to put in your website or blog address at the bottom for marketing purpose. At this moment, it is OK to let your boss know you have part time job.

Below is one of the best resign letters I had ever seen:

Dear Unpersonable Boss

As per the piece of crap I signed on my first day of this dreaded job, I hereby give you 2 minutes notice of my intention to leave this awful company.

I want to thank you for all you have not done for me in my employment here. It has been sheer torture working for you and representing this crappy company.

It is now time for me to move on and I have accepted a position as a garbage person. This decision was quite easy and took little consideration. However, I am confident that this new role represents a step up from this piece of crap job.

I wish the company would go to pieces and hope one day you too will realize that you cannot manage your way out of a paper bag.

Glad to be gone,
Your deadly employee

Last thing, always photocopy and keep your resign letter. Who knows it may be used for legal purpose.

4. Because I am the most junior in the workplace
5. So, I always being punched by colleagues
6. Furthermore, I need to assume all the mistakes made by boss
7. Boss always shout at me
8. Use whatever ways to describe me
9. Even worse than animal
10. But for the bread and butter
11. I just keep my mouth shut up
12. There are always urgent jobs
13. Boss always go back early
14. Colleagues also go back one by one
15. But I cannot go back
16. My feeling is very bad
17. But still need to continue work
18. It repeated everyday
19. Sometimes, I really want to die
20. But I cannot do that
21. No matter how the career path is bumpy
22. How turning the path
23. How the path is full of barriers
24. Do not stop at there
25. There is always another path
26. As long as hardworking towards uptrend
27. Take note on the changes of surrounding
28. One day, it will be fruitful
